Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase a subscription to Fauxy – AI Photo Generator (the "App"). By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. This policy should be read in conjunction with Apple's Terms of Sale and their Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Subscription Plans

Fauxy offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including:

  • Unlimited AI image generations
  • Access to advanced AI models and features
  • Higher quality image outputs
  • Priority processing
  • Ad-free experience
  • Additional storage for generated images
  • Early access to new features

Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, or annual plans. Specific features, pricing, and availability are displayed within the App and may vary by region.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers to certain subscription plans. During the free trial:

  • You will have access to all premium features of the selected subscription plan
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
Important: If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the standard rate.

Free trials are typically available only once per user. Eligibility for free trials may vary and is subject to our discretion.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Method

All payments are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Subscription Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes
  • Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

3.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as sales, use, or value-added tax), unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

4. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Important Auto-Renewal Information:
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • The renewal charge will be at the same price as your original subscription unless we notify you in advance of a price change
  • You will be notified of any price increases in advance

Renewal Periods:

  • Weekly subscriptions: Renew every 7 days
  • Monthly subscriptions: Renew every 30 days (or monthly billing cycle)
  • Annual subscriptions: Renew every 365 days (or yearly billing cycle)

5. Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled within the App itself.

To cancel your subscription on iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select the Fauxy subscription
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Important: Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

What happens after cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your current period
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period
  • You will retain access to free features after your subscription expires
  • Your generated images and account data will be preserved according to our Privacy Policy

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. As the service provider, Kutup Dijital Hizmetler Limited Şirketi does not directly process refunds.

Requesting a Refund from Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Fauxy subscription purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Follow the instructions to request a refund

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are granted at Apple's sole discretion
  • Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase
  • Refunds may be provided for technical issues, accidental purchases, or billing errors
  • Refunds are typically not provided for change of mind or if you've used the service
Note: If you experience technical issues or have concerns about your subscription, please contact our support team at support@kutup.io before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve your issue.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect:

  • At the start of your next subscription renewal period
  • After you have been notified of the change
  • Only if you choose to continue your subscription after the notification

If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

8. Subscription Modifications and Downgrades

Upgrading Your Subscription:

  • You can upgrade to a higher-tier subscription at any time through the App
  • When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period
  • The new subscription tier takes effect immediately

Downgrading Your Subscription:

  • You can switch to a lower-tier subscription or cancel premium features at any time
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is provided for the remaining time in your current billing period
  • You retain access to your current subscription level until the end of the paid period

9. Service Limitations and Fair Use

While we strive to provide unlimited access to our AI features, certain reasonable limitations may apply to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users:

  • We reserve the right to implement rate limiting if usage patterns indicate abuse
  • Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary service restrictions
  • AI generation limits may be applied during periods of high demand
  • Service availability depends on our third-party AI providers (Fal AI, OpenAI, Replicate AI)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of any service limitations or restrictions.

10. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotional subscriptions or discounts. Promotional offers:

  • Are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer
  • May be limited to new subscribers or specific user segments
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
  • May automatically convert to standard pricing after the promotional period
  • Can be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice

11. Subscription Sharing and Transfer

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable:

  • Each subscription is tied to a single Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions cannot be shared with other users unless using Apple Family Sharing (if supported)
  • You may not sell, transfer, or assign your subscription to another person
  • Subscription benefits are for your personal use only

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription access if:

  • You violate our Terms of Use
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Your payment method fails or is declined
  • You use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure

In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided for any prepaid subscription fees.

13. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email notifications to your registered email address
  • Updates to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the subscription service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may cancel your subscription.

14. Third-Party Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by:

  • Apple App Store: Primary payment processor for iOS subscriptions
  • RevenueCat: Subscription management and analytics platform

By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Apple.
