Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase a subscription in ScopeLink: Social Feed Archive (the "App"). By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Premium Subscription Features

ScopeX offers a Premium Subscription that provides enhanced features for power users:

  • Ad-Free Experience: Remove all advertisements from the App.
  • Unlimited Downloads: No daily limits on media downloads.
  • Priority Quality: Early access to high-definition video download options.
  • Batch Download: Ability to download all media from a thread (where available).

Pricing and subscription periods (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) are displayed clearly within the App.

2. Free Trial

ScopeX may offer a free trial period for new Premium users.

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Important: To avoid being charged, ensure you cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it expires through your Apple ID settings.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are handled securely through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle at the price of the originally selected plan.

5. Managing and Cancelling

You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time:

  1. Open the **Settings** app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your **Name** at the top.
  3. Tap **Subscriptions**.
  4. Select **ScopeX**.
  5. Tap **Cancel Subscription**.

After cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are provided.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to the Apple App Store Refund Policy. We do not directly handle refunds. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
