Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase a subscription to Warmix (the "App"). By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. This policy should be read in conjunction with Apple's Terms of Sale and their Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Subscription Plans

Warmix offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including:

  • Unlimited access to all warm-up routines
  • Customizable workout programs
  • Advanced exercise tracking
  • Priority customer support
  • Ad-free experience
  • Early access to new features

Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, or annual plans. Specific features and pricing are displayed within the App and may vary by region.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the free trial:

  • You will have access to all premium features
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Your subscription will automatically convert to paid unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
Important: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged at the standard rate.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged at the confirmation of purchase.

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency
  • Prices may vary by region and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

4. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Auto-Renewal Information:
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You will be notified of any price changes in advance

5. Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store and RevenueCat.

To cancel on iOS:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select Warmix
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Important: Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Warmix purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Follow instructions to request a refund
