How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy:

  • Download and open the Fauxy app from the App Store
  • Tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen
  • Enter your email address and create a password
  • Verify your email address
  • Start creating amazing AI-generated images!
Is Fauxy free to use?

Fauxy offers both free and premium features. The free version includes limited AI generations with basic features. To unlock unlimited generations, advanced AI models, higher quality outputs, and additional features, you can subscribe to one of our premium plans.

AI Generation & Features

How does AI image generation work?

Fauxy uses state-of-the-art AI models from leading providers including Fal AI, OpenAI, and Replicate AI. Simply describe what you want to create using text, upload an image to edit, or use our various AI tools. The AI processes your input and generates unique, high-quality images based on your specifications.

Why is my AI generation taking too long?

Generation time can vary based on several factors:

  • Server load and demand
  • Complexity of your request
  • Image resolution and quality settings
  • Your internet connection speed

Premium subscribers receive priority processing for faster results.

Can I use AI-generated images commercially?

Usage rights depend on your subscription plan and the underlying AI service providers' terms. Please review our Terms of Use and the specific terms of our AI providers (Fal AI, OpenAI, Replicate AI) for detailed information about commercial usage rights.

Why did my generation fail or produce unexpected results?

AI generation may fail or produce unexpected results if:

  • Your prompt contains inappropriate or blocked content
  • The request violates our content policy
  • There's a temporary issue with our AI service providers
  • The prompt is unclear or too complex

Try rephrasing your prompt or adjusting your settings. If the issue persists, contact support.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I subscribe to a premium plan?

To subscribe:

  • Open the Fauxy app
  • Tap on your profile or the "Premium" button
  • Choose your preferred subscription plan (weekly, monthly, or annual)
  • Complete the purchase through the App Store

Your subscription will start immediately after purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription on iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select Fauxy from the list
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Fauxy purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Follow the instructions to request a refund

If you're experiencing issues with the app, please contact us at support@kutup.io before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve your issue.

I was charged but didn't authorize the purchase. What do I do?

If you notice an unexpected charge:

  • Check if you have an active subscription that auto-renewed
  • Verify in your App Store purchase history
  • Contact Apple Support if you believe the charge is unauthorized
  • Contact us at support@kutup.io for assistance

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact us at support@kutup.io with your account email address and request for account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days and delete all your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your generated images and data will be permanently deleted.

Is my data safe?

Yes, we take data security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. Your images and data are processed securely through our AI providers (Fal AI, OpenAI, Replicate AI) and stored using Firebase's secure infrastructure.

Do you share my images with third parties?

We only share your images with our AI service providers (Fal AI, OpenAI, Replicate AI) as necessary to process your requests and generate AI content. We do not sell or share your images with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

Our AI providers may use data to improve their models according to their privacy policies.

Technical Issues

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Force close the app and restart it
  • Restart your device
  • Check for app updates in the App Store
  • Ensure you have enough storage space on your device
  • Update your iOS to the latest version
  • Reinstall the app (your account data will be preserved)

I'm not receiving push notifications. How can I fix this?

To enable push notifications:

  1. Go to your device Settings
  2. Tap "Notifications"
  3. Find and tap "Fauxy"
  4. Enable "Allow Notifications"
  5. Ensure the notification style is set to your preference

You can also manage notification preferences within the Fauxy app settings.

The app is running slowly. How can I improve performance?

To improve performance:

  • Close other apps running in the background
  • Free up storage space on your device
  • Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended for best performance)
  • Lower the image quality settings in the app
  • Restart the app
  • Update to the latest version of the app

Content & Safety

What content is not allowed?

The following content is prohibited:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent
  • Explicit or adult content
  • Content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
  • Spam or fraudulent content
