How do I get started with Warmix?

Is Warmix free to use?

Warmix offers both free and premium features. The free version includes basic warm-up routines. To unlock all exercises, customizable programs, and advanced features, you can subscribe to one of our premium plans.

How do I start a warm-up routine?

Open the app, browse available routines based on your activity type, select your preferred workout, and tap "Start." Follow the guided instructions and enjoy your warm-up!

Can I customize my warm-up routines?

Yes! Premium subscribers can create and customize their own warm-up routines based on their specific needs, fitness level, and activity type.

Is Warmix suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Warmix offers routines for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Each exercise includes detailed instructions and modifications.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I subscribe to premium?

To subscribe:

  • Open Warmix
  • Tap the "Premium" or "Upgrade" button
  • Choose your subscription plan (weekly, monthly, or annual)
  • Complete purchase through Apple App Store
  • Your subscription is managed by RevenueCat and Apple
How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel on iOS:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select Warmix
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Warmix purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Follow instructions to request a refund

If you're experiencing technical issues, please contact support before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve your problem.

Technical Issues

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  • Force close and restart the app
  • Restart your device
  • Check for app updates
  • Ensure sufficient storage space
  • Update iOS to the latest version
  • Reinstall the app

Is it safe to use Warmix?

How is my data used?

We use Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, OneSignal for push notifications, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Your workout data is stored locally on your device. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
