Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase a subscription or credits in Smaryo – Virtual Number for SMS (the "App"). By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans & Credits

Smaryo offers both subscription plans and one-time credit purchases to access premium features:

  • Premium Subscriptions: Recurring access to rental numbers, discounted rates, and ad-free experience.
  • Credits: Virtual currency used to obtain temporary numbers for SMS verification.
  • Rental Numbers: Long-term virtual numbers available for weekly or monthly lease.

Specific pricing and availability are displayed within the App and may vary by region.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the free trial:

  • You may have access to a limited number of virtual numbers or credits
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled
Important: If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

4. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Important Auto-Renewal Information:
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • The renewal charge will be at the same price as your original subscription unless we notify you in advance

5. Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

To cancel your subscription on iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name > Subscriptions
  3. Select Smaryo
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

What happens after cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining time

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds.

Non-Refundable Items: One-time purchases of Credits are generally non-refundable once used to obtain a number, even if no SMS is received (though we strive to only charge for successful activations).

To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality numbers, acceptance of virtual numbers depends on third-party services.

  • We do not guarantee that a specific number will work with a specific service (e.g. WhatsApp, Uber)
  • Numbers are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of numbers a single user can obtain to prevent abuse
